Monkey NANA Bitten by a Crab
In a lively jungle near a winding river, there lived a playful monkey named NANA. Known for her adventurous spirit, NANA loved exploring new places and trying out new things. One sunny morning, curiosity led her to the riverbank, where she saw small creatures scuttling about—crabs. Their shiny shells and quick movements intrigued her.
NANA, never one to back down from an adventure, approached the crabs cautiously. She reached out with her nimble fingers, hoping to pick one up and inspect it closely. But the crab, feeling threatened, snapped its claws shut around her finger.
Startled, NANA let out a sharp cry, shaking her hand vigorously to free herself. The crab finally released its grip, scuttling back to the safety of the river while NANA examined her finger, which now bore a red mark. The pain wasn’t severe, but the shock of being bitten left her wary.
Her troop, hearing her cries, rushed to her side. They surrounded her, chattering with concern as they inspected her injured finger. One of the older monkeys, with more experience, seemed to chuckle as if to say, “That’s what happens when you poke a crab!”
The incident didn’t keep NANA down for long. After a little comforting from her mother and a lot of grooming, NANA was back to her playful self. However, she now gave the crabs a wide berth, learning to observe them from a safe distance instead.
